Refund Rights
You have 14 days to request a refund. Accessing digital content waives this right.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your TickCatcher subscription at any time.
- How to CancelNavigate to your Dashboard > Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription".
- After CancellationYour account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
2. Refund Policy (14-day right to cancel)
You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason.
- Window: You may request a refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of your initial payment.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@iskirik.com
- Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, in accordance with their buyer terms of service.
